8 years ago I found myself drowning in all the responsibilities that come with being a mother of a newborn and a toddler, with a big job and a long commute to/from NYC. I was exhausted. ALL. THE. TIME. Ā Even when I somehow managed to sleep more, I still felt drained and lacked energy. Ā
I started hearing how top performers were maximizing their mornings and even though I was skeptical, and because I was out of other options, I gave it a shot. Ā It was hard at first, as all new things are. And it was far from perfect. But over time, I've developed a morning routine that, without sounds overly dramatic, has changed my life. I feel more rested than ever. I feel more in control of my present, and future life, than I ever have. Ā I pour into my cup each morning so I'm able to show up as my best self for all those counting on me.
