In order to start making progress in any of these areas, you’ve got to be totally honest with your current state - where you are now is a result of past thoughts, behaviors, and actions. It isn’t, however, an indication of where you’re headed in the future. You have the ability to shift the course of your wellness in any of these areas. Sure, you may need to work against some old habits but hear me when I say - you CAN do this. You just need to start.
Here’s how we’ll do this:
- Learn about the 8Â dimensions of wellness.
- Take an honest look at where you are across all areas - rating ourself from a 1-10 in each area knowing that a “10” is defined by US, not anyone else.Â
- Identify the areas that are most important &Â urgent to improve.
- Develop short and long-term steps needed to bring you closer to the level of wellness you’re seeking in each area.Â
